CPC's Soil Moisture OutlookThe Climate Prediction Center (CPC) provides soil moisture data for the next 2 weeks based on the National Weather Service Global Forecast System (GFS) model. Outlooks from the GFS model are available here. Monthly and seasonal soil moisture outlooks are also provided by CPC based on the Constructed Analog Outlook on Soil Moisture (CAS). Outlooks from the CAS model are available here.
