Educating people about water and drought issues is of utmost importance to the sustainability of resources in the Republican River Basin. Providing children and adults with basic knowledge about the hydrologic cycle, climate and weather processes, and the relationship between people and the environment is especially important.
A variety of organizations and agencies have produced educational materials on these issues. In these sections you will find educational information for K-12 students and teachers and general audiences.
